How long does delivery take?

Our products are custom‑made. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Europe, and more.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If production has not started, we may be able to update your order. Email us immediately at graduationbearco@gmail.com.

What if my package is lost?

We will open an investigation with the courier. A replacement or refund is only possible once the courier confirms the package is lost.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace it free of charge.

Do you accept returns?

Because all items are custom‑made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.
