We want you to love your custom graduation teddy bear or memorabilia items. Because each product is made to order and personalised, we kindly ask customers to review all details carefully before completing their purchase.

All items are custom‑made, therefore:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalisation details, or ordering errors

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us immediately at graduationbearco@gmail.com — if production has not yet begun, we may be able to amend your order
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it.
To process a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damage or defect

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
📦 Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:

We will open an investigation with the courier

A replacement or refund can only be issued after the courier confirms the package is lost

Packages marked as delivered by the courier are not eligible for refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for:
