Welcome to GraduationBear™   By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


🧸 Custom Product Agreement

All products are custom‑made. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Production begins shortly after ordering

  • Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • Variations in colour, stitching, or placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products


💳 Payment Terms

We accept major payment methods available at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before production begins.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

By ordering, you agree to our Shipping Policy, including:

  • Delivery estimates of 2–4 weeks+

  • Responsibility for providing accurate shipping information

  • Responsibility for receiving or arranging safe delivery

International customers acknowledge that customs delays or fees are outside our control.


📭 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all personalisation details are correct

  • Providing a valid shipping address

  • Paying any customs or import fees

  • Tracking their package once dispatched


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all orders. Custom items are non‑refundable except in cases of verified damage or defects.


⚖️ Liability

GraduationBear ™ is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional fees charged by customs authorities
