📦 Processing & Production Times

All our products are custom‑made, which means they require time to create before dispatch.

  • Production Time: Typically 5–10 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: Usually 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Please note: During peak graduation seasons, production and shipping times may be slightly longer so we advise to get your orders in early.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Tracking

We use trusted international couriers and postal services to deliver your order safely.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

🏠 Delivery Responsibility

To ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package, or
  • Arranging a safe drop-off location (e.g., parcel locker, concierge, neighbour)

If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to rearrange delivery or collection.

Packages marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered. We cannot be held liable for packages stolen, misplaced, or uncollected after delivery.


📭 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges.
  • Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We understand how important your order is, especially for graduation celebrations. If your package appears lost or delayed:

To open an investigation, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number
  • Confirmation of the shipping address

Please note:

  • A package is only considered “lost” once the courier confirms it cannot be located.
  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier’s investigation is complete.
  • Packages delayed due to customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control.

🔄 Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect from the courier
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

we can reship the order, but additional shipping charges will apply.
